Our workshops and events offer supportive spaces to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance From mindfulness practices and breathwork to movement, ritual, and sound, each gathering is an opportunity to tune in, release what no longer serves, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and peace.

Sound & Self Care

May 17th - 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Take an evening just for you.

A chance to slow down, switch off, and be gently held in stillness.

In this calming sound bath, Clare will guide you into deep rest using the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The layered vibrations fill the room with gentle frequencies that help quiet busy minds, soften tension in the body, and invite you into a peaceful, meditative state.

You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, supported with blankets and bolsters, warm and cocooned so you can fully relax. There’s nothing you need to do or figure out — simply rest and receive.

Sound therapy can help regulate the nervous system, easing you out of “fight or flight” and into a more restorative state where the body can repair, rebalance and breathe more deeply. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply calm.

This immersive experience combines:

  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system

  • Sound Healing to relax the mind and body

  • A Self-Care Ritual to nurture

This is a beautiful practice if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, or simply in need of a gentle reset.

We’ll close the evening with a grounding herbal tea, giving you time to slowly return and head home feeling centred, nurtured and ready for the week ahead.

Just come as you are.

Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your spot.

Tickets £20

Full Moon Breathwork with Becca
Release, Reset & Return to Truth

6:30pm – 8:30pm

£35

An evening to clear the noise, soften the body, and come back to what’s true.

This Full Moon breathwork session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and release what no longer feels aligned.
This full moon carries themes of truth, clarity, and completion — a time when emotions rise and old patterns are ready to be let go of. Combining the energies of the moon and breathwork offers a powerful opportunity to step out of the mind and reconnect with what feels real in the body.

Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that uses the breath to shift energy, regulate the nervous system, and release held tension and emotion. Guided throughout, you’ll be supported in dropping into a calmer, more connected state.

We’ll begin with grounding practices and a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to open the heart, before moving into conscious connected breathwork (mouth to nose) to support release, clarity, and inner steadiness. We’ll then close with sound healing and integration time, allowing you to land softly and integrate anything that may have come up during your journey.

What to Expect:

   • Gentle somatic & breath practices to calm the nervous system
   • Ceremonial cacao (heart-opening & connective)
   • Grounding chakra meditation & intention setting
   • Conscious connected breathwork
   • Sound healing with crystal bowls
   • Integration, journaling & reflection
   • Optional sharing space (you are welcome to share or simply listen) and angel oracle cards

This session is open to anyone feeling called to pause, release, and reconnect. No previous experience is needed — you’ll be fully guided throughout.
