Sound Bath with Clare

June 19th - 7 PM - 8PM

Take an evening just for you.

A chance to slow down, switch off, and be gently held in stillness.

In this calming sound bath, Clare will guide you into deep rest using the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The layered vibrations fill the room with gentle frequencies that help quiet busy minds, soften tension in the body, and invite you into a peaceful, meditative state.

You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, supported with blankets and bolsters, warm and cocooned so you can fully relax. There’s nothing you need to do or figure out — simply rest and receive.

Sound therapy can help regulate the nervous system, easing you out of “fight or flight” and into a more restorative state where the body can repair, rebalance and breathe more deeply. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply calm.

This is a beautiful practice if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, or simply in need of a gentle reset.

We’ll close the evening with a grounding herbal tea, giving you time to slowly return and head home feeling centred, nurtured and ready for the week ahead.

Just come as you are.

Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your spot.

Tickets £15

🌙 Yin & Sound with Becca

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect.

This special collaboration combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments, creating the perfect environment for rest and restoration.

Becca will guide you through a calming Yin Yoga practice, where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deep release within the body, improve flexibility and gently ease physical and emotional tension.
