Breathwork Ceremony with Becca

Settle into your Friday Journey- designed to ground, open the heart, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.

Friday 24th October 2025 6:30 - 8:30pm at Alma Wellbeing Barn

We will gather in a circle for a cacao ceremony before moving into gentle yet powerful Conscious Breathwork practice. Guided by music, intention, affirmations, and heart-coherence techniques, you'll be invited to release tension, connect deeply with your body, and open to new states of love and prescience.

The evening will close with a live sound bath and integration practices to help you carry the experience into daily life. No previous experience is needed - just come as you are, with an open mind and heart.

Becca is a yoga and breathwork facilitator with a background in Psychology (BSc). She trained in Thailand and India, weaving yoga, sound healing, conscious connected breathwork, Angel Reiki, and heart-coherence techniques into a holistic, heart-centered approach. Her sessions are grounding, nurturing, and beginner-friendly - inviting you to reconnect with your body, soothe your nervous system, and remember your inner magic.

Why not come and join our yoga class before (5pm- 6pm) and make a truly special evening?

Autumn Meditation 2025 ~ Gill Chumbley at Alma Barn

Making Space for Stillness: Connecting to Stillness, Silence and Spaciousness Within and Around Us.

We are sensitive and intelligent beings, and yet when we are caught up in the busyness of life, we often become disconnected from our inherent resourcefulness and wisdom. We end up worrying about the future or dwelling on the past and often miss the opportunity to experience the support of our own embodied presence.

Together we will practise some simple and powerful meditations from Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. These practices engage body, breath and mind to help stabilize your focus and rest your attention on stillness, silence, and spaciousness. They are suitable for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice with fresh insight. I teach traditional sitting practice but also meditations with movement, music, creative arts, images and encourage writing a personal journal. We will start with looking into what meditation/ mindfulness is and what is the practice for/ what can practitioners expect to get out of it and answer questions. What does it mean to become more aware? Why bother?

As the weeks go by we will benefit from learning in a group setting and as we allow ourselves to relax and respond, deeper connections can be made with both mind, body and inner life. A variety of practices such as body scan, walking meditation, loving kindness and compassion practices will be introduced. There will be a theme for each week; each session is complete in itself, so don’t worry if you can’t get to all the sessions; the practice will be the continuing thread.

Alma Barn is a calm and peaceful environment for meditation. Practices and pace will be tailored for the group. Handouts and useful books/ interesting relevant articles will be available to support your practice.

Weekly 12-1.15pm starting Monday 29 th September, then on 6 th ,13 th , 20 th , 27 th
October. NOT 3 rd November, last session on 10 th November.

Cost: £15 per session. Or all 6 weeks for £75.
