    Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make the perfect treat for someone special. You can purchase them online or in person.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees and to allow others to book your spot.
  • Do you offer parking?
    At Alma Wellbeing Barn, we want your visit to be as relaxing and stress-free as possible — and that includes finding convenient parking. On-site Parking: We offer free parking right outside the barn, or there are no spaces directly outside there is more parking closer to the entrance near the Knibbs meat shop. Accessibility: Our parking area is flat and easily accessible, making it comfortable for all visitors.     Yes! Alma Wellbeing Barn is wheelchair accessible, with level access to the treatment room. Customer toilets are available in the building in front of the barn and are also accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please get in touch — we’re here to support you.
  • How do I book a treatment?​
    You can book your treatment via the website which takes you to my booking site Fresha. If you need assistance, feel free to contact me directly.

    Manor Farm, 14 Alms Hill, Bourn, Cambridge, CB23 2SH Free on-site parking is available.
  • What should I expect during my first visit?
    We start with a friendly consultation to understand your needs and health history. You’ll receive a personalised treatment in a calm, safe space where your comfort is the priority.
  • What if I’m pregnant?
    We offer safe, nurturing treatments for pregnancy and postnatal care. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can tailor your experience.
  • What should I wear during my treatment?
    Comfortable clothing is best. For most treatments, you’ll be draped with soft towels or sheets to ensure privacy and warmth at all times.
  • Are toilet facilities available on-site?
    There are no toilets inside the barn itself, but customer toilets are available in the building directly in front of the barn for your convenience.
