Hatha Yoga Teacher
LUCY ARABADZHIEVA
Lucy's yoga journey began in 2000, when she first discovered yoga as a gentle and restorative way to support her own physical health and wellbeing. What started as personal healing soon grew into a lifelong passion.

In 2004, Lucy's love of travel and learning took her to India, where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training. She later continued her studies at the renowned Bihar School of Yoga, undertaking a five-month residential course in Yogic Studies. Immersed in classical yoga philosophy, traditional practices, and the rhythms of ashram life, she was initiated into the Satyananda Yoga tradition.

Her classes are calm, inclusive and nurturing, offering a welcoming space for everybody — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners — to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Pilates Teacher
Rafaela Bannerman
Rafaela discovered Pilates in her early twenties and quickly realised it was more than just a workout. Alongside building strength, Pilates helped her ease anxiety, feel more focused, and connect to her body.
Seeing how supportive Pilates could be for others - from managing endometriosis and recovering from injury to simply moving with more ease - inspired her to create Cosita Club with her mother, Joanna, a registered nutritionist. Together, they offer personalised wellness plans alongside thoughtfully curated events and retreats, all designed for real people and real lives.
Rafaela’s Pilates classes are welcoming, feel-good, and accessible to all levels. Her calm, inclusive teaching style focuses on breath, control, and flow, helping students build strength while also finding moments of release. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your mat, her classes are designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and proud of your progress.
