This ritual combines: Foot Reflexology – Using gentle pressure on specific reflex points, helping to regulate your nervous system, balance hormones and improve sleep. Facial Reflexology – to ease hormonal imbalance, reduce stress, and refresh your mind Bespoke Facial Treatment – to nourish and rejuvenate your skin while promoting relaxation and balance Together, these techniques help ease menopause or perimenopause symptoms, and restore a sense of inner balance and wellbeing. Each session is delivered in a warm, candlelit room, with soothing aromas, gentle music, and a comfortable heated couch to ensure you feel fully relaxed from the moment you arrive.

Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time and maintain our schedule: Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance: no charge Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the booked session fee will be charged No-shows or cancellations on the day: 100% of the booked session fee will be charged Late arrivals: treatment time will be shortened to avoid delaying other clients; full fees still apply This policy ensures we can offer sessions to clients on the waitlist and maintain a high standard of care.
