Booking & What to Expect: All sessions begin with a short consultation at booking and a brief discussion before your treatment to identify your areas of tension and tailor the session to your needs. This session typically combines gentle wellbeing massage and foot reflexology, scalp massage with optional therapies such as reiki, hot stones, or lymphatic drainage, depending on what will best support your relaxation and balance. Each session is delivered in a warm, candlelit room, with soothing aromas, gentle music, and a comfortable heated couch, ensuring a fully calming and restorative experience from the moment you arrive. Many people find that this relaxing treatment improves sleep, boosts mood, and leaves them with an improved sense of tranquillity.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time and maintain our schedule: Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance: no charge Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the booked session fee will be charged No-shows or cancellations on the day: 100% of the booked session fee will be charged Late arrivals: treatment time will be shortened to avoid delaying other clients; full fees still apply This policy ensures we can offer sessions to clients on the waitlist and maintain a high standard of care.
