Service Description
🌙 Yin & Sound with Becca Join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect. This special collaboration combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments, creating the perfect environment for rest and restoration. Becca will guide you through a calming Yin Yoga practice, where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deep release within the body, improve flexibility and gently ease physical and emotional tension. Sound healing to support relaxation, calm the nervous system and create a sense of peace and balance. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply be. We'll provide everything you need, including mats, blankets and bolsters, so you can settle in comfortably and fully enjoy the experience. Leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply nurtured. Just come as you are. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Photography & Consent Photos may be taken at the beginning and end of the session only, never during breathwork or emotional release. Images will be kept minimal, with a focus on atmosphere rather than individuals, and faces will be avoided where possible. You can opt out at any time — your comfort and safety are the priority. Health & Safety Please inform me in advance if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns. Breathwork and sound healing are generally safe, but this session may not be suitable for those with: • Epilepsy or a history of seizures • Serious heart conditions (including pacemakers) • Severe asthma or respiratory conditions • Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester) • Recent surgery or major injury • Severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia) If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before attending, or feel free to reach out to discuss. Before You Arrive • Please avoid eating for 1.5 hours before the session, but make sure you’ve had a nourishing meal or snack beforehand so you’re not too hungry during the session • Wear loose, comfortable clothing, especially around the chest and abdomen Sharing Space There may be an opportunity to share or connect with others at the end of the session. This is completely optional — you are always welcome to simply listen or keep your experience private. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with at least 48 hours notice. Everything is provided - please bring you own water bottle. Please aim arrive 5 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
