Booking your session at Alma Wellbeing Barn is simple and intuitive.

    Select the Signature Treatment that best fits your time and needs—60 or 90 minutes. You don’t need to know every modality; the choice is about what feels right for you.

  2. Pick a Time That Works for You
    Select a slot from our available times that suits your schedule. Our diary is structured to allow space between sessions so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience.

  3. Complete the Consultation Form
    When you book, you’ll complete a brief form to let us know your areas of interest, your goals, or any particular concerns. This helps us prepare for your session and ensure it’s tailored to you
